My name is Fiona and I am a health food blogger. I wouldn’t label myself a foodie, but rather I attempt to adapt recipes to nurture my passion for food. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be challenging with so many temptations and guilty pleasures that we are faced with in everyday life. However, while trying to resist the temptations of gluttonous treats, I have tried to develop and adapt traditional recipes to create guilt free healthy recipes.
I will feature a range of healthy breakfast, dinner, lunch, dessert and snack recipes. Additionally, as many of us aim to find cheaper alternatives in our shopping lists, all my recipes are designed with a reduced budget in mind.
